Had the best travel experience with Tatyana, Had a flight cancelation and she walked us though how to still make it one time, booking with other flight, dealing with papers and refunds and insurance claims. She was always one step ahead of any problem we might occur and had a solution for it, she took care of us as if we where family.. DEFF would recommend..Thanks for the pleasure, Your our #1

I'd like to thank the travel agent - Tatyana Novikov, from the company - TN-GLOBAL TRAVELS, through whom we always arrange our tours. This time, we had planned a trip to Mexico. We faced some difficulties from our side regarding the trip, but to our surprise, the travel agent Tatyana Novikov, with calmness, diligence, and a desire to help, helped us resolve all the problems related to the trip. Travel agent Tatyana Novikov is a very good person, and you can trust her. She has been assisting us in arranging tours to various countries for several years. In Mexico, we stayed at the Grand Parodist Hotel and had a great time. It was the end of October 2023, and the water was very warm, around 29.9 degrees Celsius. For ocean wave enthusiasts, it's the perfect time. If you want to go on a tour, we recommend you to arrange these trips through Tatyana Novikov from TN-GLOBAL TRAVELS company.
